Ingredients:
- 6 sheets of brik pastry or filo dough
- 6 eggs
- 1 can of tuna (about 200g)
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 1 tablespoon of harissa (Tunisian chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Mix the tuna, capers, harissa, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Take a sheet of brik pastry and place a spoonful of the tuna mixture in the center.
- Crack an egg on top of the filling.
- Fold the pastry into a triangle or square, making sure the edges are sealed.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the brik on both sides until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
